Yo Regan good episode. Love that song you put at the start of the show, I was jamming to it.

Yeah I know that song is so ADDICTIVE!

Regan, GREAT episode; amongst your best, if not THE best.

And yes, I did love that song too.

I love Space Firebird 2772. I have it on DVD ;) Still the only show where I can say "EVERYBODY DIES!" lol X3

I suggest you check out "Bagi". Or Marine Express. Of Tezuka that is.

And yes I believe that Black Jack is very much like Harlock. That is why I love him.

(So using my Scanlation group account to respond to this *Laughs* )

Pheonix 2772 rocks! Probably the best kill'em all Tomino style ending next to Space Runaway Ideon. Pheonix is the most beautiful creature Tezuka ever created!

Where art thou, sweet Regan of the cast?

Well Mr.Dane Im in a band and we have been working on our demo.I will have a new episode up next week though!

Saw Space Firebird at the Barbican's Tezuka festival last year and thought it was about 30 minutes too long as is standard for Tezuka films.

That said, the live action Phoenix was just flat out painful - one of the few films I've ever walked out of.

There also seems to be some group antagonism going on lately. Would be happy to come on and talk about subbing oldskool and put some of it to rest.

A new show is on the way guys, sorry I have been working on music with my band and lost time.

Hey Regan, what's your band's name and will you play your songs at the end of episodes in the future by chance?

Regan - sent you an email, complete with bad spelling in the subject line.

Thank goodness I have an editor when fansubbing...

Anthony, the band im in is called Nero.I will in fact place a song of ours at the end of an episode once we finish recording our demo/album. I have a song called otaku which would be perfect. The sound of the band is kind of like that band the smiths meets the band mgmt.Im a huge David Bowie,New order and Morriessy fan so they have a big influence on our music. As for new bands I really love the american bands: Of Montreal and MGMT.

That's cool Riggs! Not much of a music fan, but looking forward to it!
